Thermo regulators are machines for term stating injection molds. We have two kinds of these
machines:

water thermo regulators with temperatures of thermo regulation from 95°C up to
140°C
•
oil thermo regulators with working temperatures up to 180°C
Water thermo regulators:
•
TC 09 D with accuracy of thermo regulation +/-0,2°C and maximum working
temperature up to +90°C;
•
TC09 PD with indirect water flow circuit, accuracy of thermo regulation +/- 0,2°C
and maximum working temperature up to +140°C;
•
NTC 09A and NTC 09PM with heating power 9 kW, accuracy of thermo regulation
+/- 0,2°C and with direct water flow circuit;
•
NTC 18A with heating power 18 kW, with direct water flow circuit and NTC 18PD
with the same heating power and with maximum working temperature up to +140°C;
•
NTC 27A i NTC 27PD with regulated heating power up to 27kW
•
NTC 36A i NTC 36PD with heating power 4 x 9 = 36 kW and accuracy of thermo
regulation +/- 0,2°C.
Oil thermo regulators:
•
NO 09 - with heating power 9 kW,
•
NO 27 - with regulated heating power 3 x 9 = 27 kW. Circuits of working fluids are
separated with plate heat exchanger.
