Chillers have modular construction and Freon condensers are cooled with air. Machines these
can work out door and/or indoor production hales (Jolly RS) or inside rooms - Jolly RC.
Jolly RC thanks to centrifugal fans can, be a source of hot air that can by used for heating the
room during the autumn and winter. Modular construction allows easy and fast upgrade ( by
auditing another chiller) of cooling system depending on rising of cooling power requirements
( for example as a result of expansion of production and adding new machines).
Characteristic feature of these coolers is high efficiency. Depending on model there can be
from 5,1 (RS 105) up to 5,9 (RC065) kW /1 kW electric energy. Technical parameters are
announced for conditions : air temperature +25°C, temperature of water in and out coming
+20 / +15°C.
3. Large block coolers from series SRA with cooling power from 265 kW up to 1.420 kW (in
series there are 14 kinds of machines) In these coolers Freon condensers are cooled with air
and thanks to special additional equipment they can work out side the buildings in
temperatures between -20°C and + 52°C. Technical parameters are announced for conditions :
air temperature +25°C, temperature of water in and out coming +20 / +15°C.
These are big machines with the most modern technologically screw compressors from
McQuay company, which suppor:

high efficiency level EER - from 4 up to 5 (depending on the machine size)
•
long periods between the necessary technical reviews (first technical review after
25.000 h)
•
environment friendly - ecological Freon R 134A and low noise level from 1m - about
79 dB(A).
